All Liars Go to the Pit

Summary:

Join Doyle Davidson and Paul Peters on set today as Doyle talks about all liars will go to the pit.

God Switches Judges
Doyle shares today about being in Dallas, Texas in a Federal courthouse on stand, as a character witness in a deportation hearing; however, on this particular day, a different judge was brought in, one that was not normally on this case. God had switched judges. When asked a question by the federal prosecutor about whether the individual in question had lied; Doyle responded with, “I don’t know, I don’t know that he lied, I didn’t hear it.” After an exchange with Doyle about being under oath, and how he has to answer their questions, the frustrated prosecutor told the judge that the witness, Doyle, was not being responsive to their questions. The judge agreed, but allowed the continual questioning, and stating, “You’re not going to get anywhere with this man.”

The judge went on to take over, relaying to Doyle about a book he had read called, “The Apostle”, and telling Doyle how he reminded him of an apostle. Doyle never said a word, but he thought….you don’t know what an apostle’s like, you’re talking to one, and he won’t lie, and he has an unction from the Holy One and he knows all things. The judge finally asks, “What does Jesus say about liars?” Doyle’s response, “Jesus said, they will all go to the pit!”

All Liars Go to the Pit
Doyle continues speaking from Revelation 21:8, and sharing about those he has met that were pathological liars.
…. and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Confessing All Their Sins
Doyle continues sharing about two accounts, one, told to him by a preacher about a man who began confessing all of his sins after being knocked out onto the floor from his wheelchair when a power hit him.

Another account was while Doyle was with a businessman from Dallas. Doyle, having been an equine practitioner at one time, had done inspections to purchase/sell horses. The owner of the ranch, where they went to look at horses the businessman was looking to purchase, had a really nice Stallion he had to sell. Doyle asked the ranch owner why he sold him. The guy fell to his knees saying, “Oh my God Doc. I quit giving to God”, and started crying, confessing all of his sins. The gospel in Doyle had made him talk.

Their Conscience Seared With a Hot Iron
Doyle ministers from 1 Timothy 4: 1-5 going on to speak about those who are without a conscience to lie, and those that will lie to a man of God.
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron…..
In 1971 God gave Doyle a vision, and telling him, don’t look to the right, don’t look to the left, and don’t listen to any man. Doyle says, “I don’t trust people. I don’t hear people. I don’t listen to one person…”
