The Fear of the Lord

Join Doyle Davidson and other ministers of the gospel tonight as they minister with power in word and in song.

Fear of the Lord
Proverbs 9:10
"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom…."
Doyle shares about the fear of the Lord that some of his family, the Davidsons, had. He continues speaking about his Grandfather Luther Albert Davidson and his Great - Grandfather, James Madison Davidson. In 1911, James Madison had died a terrible death of tetanus, but God visited the man during those seven days of suffering, the devil killing him. Doyle shares how his death humbled the Davidson family, and that he knows James Madison Davidson is in heaven, having confessed Jesus Christ Lord. Doyle says, “It’s an honor what the Lord did with my Great - Grandfather.”

Doyle continues sharing about what he has suffered in the past years, put on him by his persecutors.

Psalm 143:3
"For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead."

Doyle shares how he has experienced this verse, that it is frightening, and how it is as if he lives in levels of darkness. He breaks through, and there’s light, and in praying, it brings the darkness right back. It’s been seven years like that, with the last three being much worse beginning in January 2013 with the revelation of Daniel 11:20-28, which describes America; Doyle’s vision had grown dimmer, and much darker.

Doyle expects his eyes to come out of this, and that he will be completely sound. He has just continued thanking God. “Lord I thank you for what I’ve suffered. I thank you that my vision has been like it has. It’s an honor to of walked this way, suffering, for the purposes of God.”

Doyle continues speaking how what he has experienced is what hell is like, and that you don’t want to go there. Jesus describes hell (Luke 16: 19-31). It’s torment. It’s darkness. It’s flames. God’s fury, God’s heat upon you.

Doyle says to believe the gospel he preaches, to believe how that Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, and he rose again the third day according to the scriptures. You call upon that man named Jesus. There is only one name under heaven whereby you must be saved. Jesus. To be born again, to be one with the Lord, to receive Jesus in your heart. There is only one who overcame hell and death, and that man, that name, is Jesus.
