Summary:
Join Doyle Davidson and Kathie Davidson today along with others at Water of Life. This morning Doyle asks Kathie to read Genesis 12:1-3 “…and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed,” and Doyle and staff members discuss how God through Doyle, brought the gospel to Zimbabwe in 1985 and the work that God is doing at Epworth and in the nation of Zimbabwe today. As God told Abraham to leave his country and go to land “…that I will show thee”, Doyle, at the direction of the Lord, sold his hospital and practice and drove away, not knowing where he was going.Following praise and worship, Doyle gives thanks to the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:
“Thank you, Father, thank you Jesus…Father, Jehovah, I want to thank you for all the things you have done for this ministry, in the name of your Holy Son, Jesus Christ of Nazareth of whom you raised from the dead; just give praise and thanks to both of you. Thank you that you chose us, ordained us and sent us forth to do your work and your word never failed. Thank God, amen.”

Vision in the early 1980s:
“In the 1980’s and 1990’s Doyle Davidson, Water of Life Ministries, Plano, Texas sent 750 pastors in Africa my teaching tapes and 17,500 of my books. Others heard of my ministry through Forward in Faith with Ezekiel Guti and Bartholomew Manjoro of Faith World. God gave me a vision in the early 1980’s of acres of black people sitting erect. I asked God ‘What does this mean?’ He answered, ‘These are people that you are going to teach’. When I went to Zimbabwe in 1985 there they were, sitting on benches without backs. He gave me a second vision with people with their backs to me wearing white head covers that also covered their shoulders and back and had a dark band around their head. I asked God, ‘What does this vision mean?’ God answered, ‘These are people that have their back to me but will be turned to me through your ministry.’”
