9/11/2018 - The Passing of a Friend - Praying the Psalms

Summary:

Join Doyle Davidson, Kathie Davidson and Terre Brown along with others at Water of Life. Doyle announces that he received a message that his friend Eugene Dreibelbiss went to be with Lord and stating that he was a friend according to Proverbs 18:24, “...a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.”

Kathie ministers from 2 Thessalonians 1, “it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you” referencing Doyle’s statement when he got home last night,“There is a change, I’ve gone from defense to offense,” and the Psalms he posted on Facebook. Terre gives an account of how that change came about through Doyle’s prayers last evening and the Psalms she posted for him. She ministers those Psalms, chapters 31 through 36 this morning at Doyle’s request. Following the songs, Doyle states, “There is a joy in my heart, its been there since Sunday evening, that joy, that soon the deaf will hear, the blind will see, the lame will walk and the dumb will speak…” He closes the program praying, “Mercy, grace … be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God and the Lord Jesus Christ, God bless.”
